21 Auxiliary staff (Technical, Office, Library and Classroom Assistants)

Basically the staff  “rod and line” structure is organised into Areas of Study/Departments, into
Pastoral staff and in addition a Pastoral/Academic Link Team.  This structure facilitates a collegial
decision-making process through a series of Standing Committees.  In addition, staff are invited to join Working Parties to research specific initiatives/issues on an adhoc basis.

The Senior Management Team which comprises Principal, one Vice-Principal, two assistant Vice-Principals and two
Senior Teachers, meet at least weekly.  As the occasion warrants it, this team calls upon expertise available within the staff.
